About This Position
Overview
We are a leading global manufacturer in the water filtration industry and looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our rapidly growing team.! If you are a great problem solver or have a knack for troubleshooting electronics or programming a thermostat, this is the position for you!
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service roles for ecommerce brands. or has experience troubleshooting POS systems or other electronic devices, comfortable working in a call center environment, works efficiently, loves interacting with people and has a positive attitude.
** PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:30AM - 5:30PM (1 HOUR LUNCH). THERE IS NO OPTION FOR REMOTE WORK
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the best filtration options for their needs.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding company products, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Address and resolve inquiries regarding orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage all customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions to resolve issues
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues
- Enter customer data accurately into database.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related customer service based or retail/restaurant role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent dependability and attendance
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences in writing and verbally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to successfully multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment as well as independently.
