Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support our large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility. This role is critical for safe and efficient lifting operations on-site.

• Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
• Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure safe operation
• Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors
• Assist with setup and breakdown of crane equipment
• Maintain accurate logs of operations and inspections
• Support site operations as needed

• Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of crane operating experience (industrial or construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of load charts and crane safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends if needed

• Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.

• Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders/stairs, and working at heights.

• Must be able to lift or move materials up to 75 lbs and operate pendant or radio-controlled crane systems.

• Required to wear PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
