Responsibilities

The Field Supervisor directs and implements plans in order to achieve company operational and customer satisfaction goals. The Field Supervisor responds to customer needs through direct and indirect management of in-house and contract personnel, coordinating the activities of Operation and Maintenance staff in a multi-location environment. This is a mobile position in the Washington DC metro area. Must have clean driving record.

• Building HVAC equipment
• Boilers and Hot Water Heating Systems
• Domestic and HVAC Water and Plumbing Systems
• Fire Alarm Life Safety Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Energy Manage and Control Systems
• Building Structural Systems
• Building Roof Systems

Salary $45.00 per hour

Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:30 pm (OT as required)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have good driving record
• EPA 608 Universal
• 10 + years relevant experience preventative maintenance some minor repair
• Strong technical and building operations knowledge
• Licenses desirable but not required
• Strong professional customer service background
• Ability to lift up tp fifty (50) pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders up to a height of 20 ft.
