Job Description
Ballers is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing food to order, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced kitchen and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality meals.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items to spec and on time
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station
Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assisting with prep work and kitchen opening/closing duties
Communicating with teammates to ensure smooth service
Managing inventory and minimizing food waste
Supporting catering and special event food service as needed

Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
