This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the Talent Acquisition function for a high-growth, client-focused environment. You will manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, ensuring the delivery of top talent across business functions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with hiring strategies, implement recruiting processes and tools, and enhance candidate experience. Your work will directly impact team performance, organizational growth, and the ability to attract and retain top talent. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on leadership, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition team, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing career progression
- Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring priorities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies for key talent segments, including sourcing, assessment, employer branding, and referrals
- Oversee recruiting operations, requisition management, and performance metrics while ensuring process adherence
- Optimize recruiting tools and platforms to support team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and report on recruiting KPIs such as time to fill, candidate pipeline, and ATS adherence
- Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience, equity in hiring, and compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and external recruitment partnerships as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with 2+ years in people management
- Proven success leading high-volume or multi-functional hiring delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership, team engagement, and performance development capabilities
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in IT, technical, or data center recruiting; ATS/CRM optimization; project management; bilingual in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%-30% as required for site visits, events, and team meetings
