What You’ll Do
Lead HVAC coil cleaning on rooftop units (RTUs, refrigeration systems)
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Pressure wash equipment, rooftops, and facilities
Work on split systems, make-up air units, and exhaust systems
Take before/after photos + complete service reports
Ensure safety and quality standards on every job
Travel to job sites across the region
What You Need
Experience in HVAC, pressure washing, refrigeration, or facilities maintenance
Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
Able to work outdoors in all weather
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lead or train others (preferred)
