  • Manage data quality and perform migrations using tools such as Data Loader, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Oversee small to mid-sized projects or project phases, coordinating between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), administration, and data modeling
  • Experience with data migration and maintaining data quality
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management of small to mid-sized initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant
  • Openness to learning new technologies and tools beyond core Salesforce functionality
Benefits:
  • Flexible work arrangements with options for every-other-Friday off and remote work from anywhere in Spain
  • Private health insurance and gym subsidy
  • Engaging company culture with team events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and activities throughout the year
  • Career development opportunities including mentorship, training programs, and an annual professional development budget
  • Seniority program offering additional benefits and privileges as you grow with the company
