Warehouse Associate

• $16.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire

About This Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packaging, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Forklift Certified Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments accurately
• Verify receipts match purchase orders
• Resolve discrepancies
• Stock inventory using FIFO
• Pick and stage orders
• Package and verify shipments
• Assist with cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and equipment
• Maintain clean work areas
• Follow safety procedures

Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used

• Forklifts and warehouse equipment

Work Environment and Dress Code

· Company shirt provided

· Nice pants or jeans (no holes)

· Hard-toed shoes required

• 1-3 years warehouse experience
• Forklift operation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet daily deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Requirements
• Computer experience
• Microsoft Office
• Shipping software or inventory systems
• Scanning and data entry experience
