About the job…

We are looking for an administrative assistant for the front desk at our new Cary location! As an administrative assistant, you will set the first impression for our patients, so a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical experience is not required, but you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of technologies and software. It is also important that you are detail-oriented. With North Carolina being our newest location, initial training will be conducted within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All travel expenses will be fully compensated, and we will provide further details during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
  • Perform patient check‑in and check‑out, confirming accurate demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
  • Complete insurance verification, eligibility checks, and authorization processes
  • Prepare charts and ensure all required documentation is ready prior to patient visits
  • Communicate with patients via phone, text, and electronic messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow
  • Maintain inventory of front office and patient‑facing administrative supplies
  • Ensure adherence to front office administration policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the clinic/location
  • Support reporting activities, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with packaging and shipments as needed
  • Provide support with basic clinical tasks when appropriate and trained

About you…

Regardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for:

  • Our name means everything! Little things can make the difference, so it is important to keep the big picture in mind in everything you say or do.
  • We are always moving forward and evolving with the times. Face your problems with a willingness to bend and break old habits. We use the past to inform the future without dwelling on the way things have always been.
  • Continuously motivated by purpose and inspired by possibilities. Remain committed to reaching your goals individually and as a part of the practice.
  • Go the extra mile for each other, and put your team first to make it happen for our patients!
  • Trust is earned with consistency, so honor your commitments - even when it is hard. We will count on you to follow through!

Ultimately, the most important thing we look for in team members is a desire to provide an amazing patient experience, and to learn and grow with us, regardless of prior experience.

Is this you?

Please apply! We would love to hear from you.

PS- We have anyone moving on to the interviewing stage complete a Berke assessment, found here. We encourage you to do that now if you'd like!
