Kunes Auto Group is transforming Chevrolet of Lake Bluff into a luxury-focused service and sales destination serving Chicago’s North Shore. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer who delivers white-glove service while driving service department performance.

Top performers earn $75,000–$100,000+ annually with a 5K sign on bonus for qualified applicants

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet and assist premium customers
• Write and manage repair orders
• Present estimates and service recommendations
• Communicate between customers and technicians
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maximize customer pay, maintenance penetration, and repair order value
• Uphold CSI and dealership standards

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 - 5 years Automotive Service Advisor Experience required. Dealership experience not necessary but a plus. GM experience a plus.
• Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license
