We’re looking for a Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily communities. This role is essential to ensuring our properties remain welcoming, well-kept, and operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas
• Perform daily upkeep including trash removal and general cleaning
• Detail clean breezeways, handrails, light fixtures, and utility areas
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and trash throughout the property
• Clean and maintain pet waste stations
• Operate compactor and ensure dumpster areas are clean and organized
• Assist with seasonal duties such as salting walkways during winter conditions
• Support overall property maintenance efforts as needed
• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with residents
