Lifetime Dental Care, PLLC is a pediatric, family, and cosmetic dental practice proudly serving the Stafford and Woodbridge communities. Our mission is to provide patients of all ages with the highest quality dental care in a warm, relaxing, and fun environment. As a true dental home, we care for families from age 1 to 101, and our cheerful, enthusiastic team ensures that every visit is both educational and enjoyable.

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, great with communication, and committed to delivering exceptional preventive care.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform routine dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SC/RP), and periodontal maintenance
-Conduct periodontal charting and accurately document existing conditions
-Support the dentist in charting proposed treatment plans
-Provide patient education on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
-Maintain strict compliance with infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
-Take radiographs and perform other diagnostic procedures per practice protocol
-Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
-Help foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that supports our practice mission

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
-Virginia Dental Hygiene License (Required)
-Ability to administer local anesthesia (Preferred)
-Certification to administer nitrous oxide (Preferred)
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-service skills
-Positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to excellent patient care
-Experience working with patients of all ages, including children, is a plus
