1. Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites
2. Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications
3. Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
4. Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators
5. Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately

1. 2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction
2. Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus
3. Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades
4. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
