Salary Range: 90K Bonus Eligible

Now seeking an experienced AGM to lead our AMAZING Dining Services Team at Stella Maris Senior Living. In this state of the art facility (the second largest in the state), you will be responsible for overall management of the Dining Services Program, including operations, team management, and patient satisfaction.

This position requires a polished communicator, a strong healthcare dining services management background, tech savvy with strong understanding of all digital ordering systems, POS systems, inventory and HR. This is a great opportunity in a beautiful setting away from the big city!

Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to serve as the Assistant General Manager of Dining Services. This position requires a solid background in the Contract Dining Services in an institutional setting such as hospital, university, or school.

The Assistant GM has overall responsibility of food service operations, in front and back of house. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The Assistant Director will serve as The General Manager in their absence.
