This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - Data & Interoperability in the United States.

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of Clinical Data and Interoperability initiatives within a fast-growing health technology environment. You will own product vision and strategy, guide the development of robust data infrastructure, and drive integrations with electronic health records (EHRs) to improve Health Equity at scale. Working closely with engineering, customer success, and product teams, you will translate user needs into actionable product roadmaps and manage projects from ideation through launch. This position is ideal for a collaborative, empathetic, and analytical professional who thrives in a remote, cross-functional team and is passionate about solving complex healthcare challenges. Your work will directly impact how data is leveraged to support vulnerable patient populations and enable measurable product outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the Clinical Data and Interoperability product vision, strategy, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Health Equity initiatives.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements and solutions.

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing resources, timelines, and cross-functional execution.

  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and customer discovery to inform product roadmap decisions and address emergent needs.

  • Draft and maintain clear product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), data dictionaries, and integration guides.

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal teams on product-related questions and facilitate resolution of user feedback or issues.

  • Continuously evaluate product impact, market trends, and interoperability standards to refine strategies and drive adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B health technology product management with a focus on Clinical Data and Interoperability.

  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and electronic health record systems.

  • Track record of owning product verticals and leading product initiatives from strategy through execution.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and influence in a cross-functional, remote environment.

  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within teams and across collaborative projects.

  • Preferred: Experience building integrations, improving data infrastructure, or working in a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $164,000 per year.

  • Remote work flexibility across the United States.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Paid time off and company holidays.

  • Professional development and learning opportunities.

  • Programs supporting wellness, inclusion, and work-life balance.

  • Participation in company initiatives that impact meaningful healthcare outcomes.
