This role offers the opportunity to drive measurable pipeline growth and shape the future of demand generation in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of ABM, paid media, email marketing, events, and marketing automation programs. You will work closely with product marketing, content, and sales teams to build campaigns that target priority accounts and verticals, optimize conversion rates, and accelerate revenue. This position combines analytical rigor with creativity, empowering you to experiment, scale proven plays, and continuously raise the bar on marketing fundamentals. Ideal candidates thrive in a remote-first, results-oriented environment, taking ownership of projects end-to-end while collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will have the autonomy to shape the marketing strategy and directly influence business outcomes.
Own the full-funnel growth marketing strategy, including ABM, paid search, paid social, email marketing, events, and sponsorships.
Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns in partnership with content, product marketing, and sales to engage priority accounts and verticals.
Identify new growth opportunities, translating use cases, verticals, and personas into actionable marketing campaigns.
Write, review, and optimize copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and campaign materials.
Partner with the BDR team to support list building, outbound sequences, and event outreach.
Leverage AI tools to streamline research, campaign creation, personalization, testing, and reporting.
Manage marketing operations, including segmentation, list creation, workflow automation, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Oversee agency partners to ensure effective execution and clear reporting of results.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or equivalent roles.
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and ROI across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, events, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency with CRM systems and campaign performance tracking tools.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a bias for experimentation and optimization.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
