Chemical Route Driver at US Dairy Systems Inc – Nampa, Idaho

AD Chemco is seeking a professional CDL A driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to deliver chemical products to dairies throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. This is a local position with a predictable schedule — drivers are home every night and weekends.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial vehicle within DOT-regulated hours

• Deliver chemical products to customers based on shipping paperwork

• Ensure loads are properly secured and safe for transport

• Verify proper shipping documents including BOL and SDS sheets

• Ensure correct hazardous material placards are displayed when required

• Maintain driver logs and delivery records

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Report mechanical issues to maintenance personnel

• Maintain clean and properly fueled equipment

• Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delivery issues

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures

• Maintain positive and professional customer relationships

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Assist with order fulfillment

• Load and unload trucks

• Safely handle and store chemical products

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Required Qualifications:

• Class A CDL

• Hazmat endorsement

• Tanker endorsement

• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass required employment screening

• Ability to lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly

• Ability to maneuver 55-gallon barrels using proper equipment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Technical Skills:

• Comfortable using Android or iOS devices

• Email communication

• Electronic logging or delivery documentation systems
