Job Description

• 5 Day work week
• Top Sales Professionals earn 100K + a year
• Use a CRM to prospect, manage customer base, and follow up with all customers (vinsolutions)
• Be the first point of contact for sales customers on social media and in person! Willing to communicate by text, phone or email consistantly!!!
• Close deals
• Assist service department in directing customers and answering questions
• Meet acceptable levels of sales production as determined by Sales Managers
• Grow your customer base through continuous prospecting, always be looking for new opportunities to meet new customers inside and outside the dealership
• Open, honest communication with Customers and Management
• Train and be trained as necessary
