Accountabilities:

  • Assess clients’ current marketing technology and data infrastructure, identifying gaps and opportunities.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and governed RTCDP implementations tailored to client needs.

  • Translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.

  • Lead technical delivery efforts, providing guidance and mentorship to Data Engineers and cross-functional teams.

  • Promote best practices in data governance, privacy, and security throughout the information lifecycle.

  • Support clients with integration, activation, and adoption of CDP features to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building data pipelines and scalable architectures.

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, ideally within an agency or professional services environment.

  • Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including schemas, identity resolution, data ingestion, and destination connections.

  • Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch), AEP WebSDK, APIs, and integration with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Strong understanding of modern data infrastructures, including data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Knowledge of marketing automation, Adobe Target, or related customer engagement technologies is a plus.

  • Expertise in data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with equity opportunities.

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your family.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Flexible remote work environment.

  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.

  • Professional development and learning resources.

  • Employee referral programs and team-building activities.

  • Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
