What You’ll Do as a Residential Nurse:
The Residential Nurse (LPN) will assess clients, work with unit staff, and administer prescriptions. We have part-time and PRN positions available.

Primary duties:
  • Assist in coordinating residential youth care.
  • Complete initial assessments
  • Will administer medications, precautions monitoring, and pain reassessments.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation
  • Is sensitive to the interrelationships of both people and functions within the department.
  • Will follow Meaningful Use measures.
  • May also be required to provide injections, test blood glucose and/or draw blood for lab tests.
  • Interacts directly with clients and families.
  • Interacts frequently with physicians, and other center employees involved in the case.
  • Will work interdependently with other health care professionals to provide quality health care to clients.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Current Indiana LPN license
  • Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
