About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff in providing daily care to our patients. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care possible. Your primary goal will be to provide comfort and support to our patients while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and nursing staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with elderly or disabled patients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to patients
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and other patient information
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Skills:

As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will use your excellent communication skills to interact with patients and nursing staff. You will also use your physical strength and dexterity to assist patients with mobility and transfers. Your attention to detail and ability to record vital signs and other patient information accurately will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
