Electrical Controls Engineer / Automation Engineer
Location: Graniteville, SC, US
Experience: 5+ Years | Bonus: Up to 20%

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to support plant automation, control systems, and capital projects. This role involves PLC programming, troubleshooting automation systems, and managing equipment installations and upgrades in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and Rockwell software

• Support industrial automation, machine networking, and control systems

• Lead new machine installations, upgrades, and capital projects ($50K–$1M)

• Work with automation vendors and contractors during installation and commissioning

• Ensure compliance with safety standards including NFPA 70E

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, industrial ethernet, and control systems

• Strong troubleshooting and PLC programming skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
