Pool Maintenance Technician - ABC Home and Commercial Services

Join ABC Home & Commercial Services as a Pool Maintenance Technician and help ensure our clients’ pools remain clean, safe, and ready to enjoy. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality service. This role offers hands-on training, a steady schedule, and opportunities for long-term growth within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
• Document service visits, water chemistry readings, and pool conditions
• Rotate on-call responsibilities, including one Saturday every eight weeks
• Drive a company vehicle to client locations while following all safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure exceptional service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (must have a driving record of 5+ years) and comfort driving with dash-cam monitoring
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time well
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and work outdoors
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — paid training starts at $17/hr

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
• on-call rotation: 1 Saturday every 8-weeks

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Be able to pass a background
• Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
• Be comfortable working in the elements.
• Enjoys repetitive work
• Lift and carry up to 100lbs
