Job Title: LPN – Lead Medication (Hagerstown)

Talantage is seeking a Fulltime Lead Medication Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Position Summary
The Lead Medication LPN dispenses and administers oral, inhalation and topical medications to patients. This person also takes vital signs, assists in examination and treatment and with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
