This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and lead field marketing initiatives across the EMEA region from the ground up. You will drive brand presence, generate pipeline, and create high-impact regional campaigns while collaborating closely with Sales and global Marketing teams. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position where you will design programs, events, and partner activations that make a measurable impact on growth and market awareness. - Own the end-to-end field marketing motion across the EMEA region, including events, partner activations, and demand generation campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, sponsored events, roundtables, executive dinners, and other regional experiences that generate pipeline and strengthen brand awareness.
- Localize global campaigns and messaging for EMEA audiences, adapting content, channels, and formats to regional market behavior.
- Identify and activate strategic regional partners, building co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and credibility.
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Serve as a regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including regional or field marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing programs with limited resources and budget.
- Strong experience in event marketing, including trade shows, hosted experiences, and partner activations.
- Skilled in partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset: tracks performance, reports results, and leverages insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs and markets simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a high ownership mentality and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Based in Europe, with familiarity of key markets (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics) preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a plus.
- Bonus: experience in e-commerce SaaS, logistics, fulfillment, or commerce-adjacent technology.
