Lead Product Designer (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be a key player in a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences in mental healthcare. Your work will directly impact how clients access vital services, providing them with intuitive and enjoyable interfaces across web and mobile platforms. By joining us, you'll engage in meaningful design processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and influence critical projects. Accountabilities- Own the end-to-end design process from initial concept to final prototype.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers for seamless UI design.
- Enhance user accessibility by refining booking experiences.
- Ensure consistent design across various platforms and devices.
- Articulate design decisions and engage in productive discussions with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
- 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in responsive web, mobile web, and native app design.
- Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to conduct and apply user research for design improvements.
- Solid understanding of user personas and mapping.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development frameworks (HTML5, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers.
