Remote UX/Product Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. Accountabilities- Lead design for complex enterprise features, including end-to-end design processes.
- Shape product direction through deep collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and refine UX deliverables such as user flows, prototypes, and interface specifications.
- Own the user experience for designated product areas and advocate for user needs.
- Apply modern UX principles and AI-assisted techniques to enhance designs.
- Investigate complex problems, validate solutions, and provide actionable design insights.
- Influence product strategy by framing user problems and presenting design recommendations.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the design system.
- Mentor and support fellow designers to cultivate a culture of design excellence.
- 58 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of UX processes and interaction design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs and user-centered solutions.
- Experience with user research and applying findings to product decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with AI features experience.
- Familiarity with design systems and responsiveness to technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes and ideation.
