This role is a strategic, high-impact product leadership position focused on shaping how an AI-powered marketing platform connects with the broader enterprise marketing technology ecosystem. You will define and evolve the integration strategy that enables seamless data flow between internal capabilities and external systems such as CRMs, CMSs, DAMs, and marketing automation platforms. The role sits at the intersection of platform architecture, enterprise SaaS, and developer ecosystems, requiring both technical depth and strong product vision. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, and enterprise customers to build scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks. This is a highly visible role that directly influences product adoption, customer success, and ecosystem expansion. It is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex technical environments and enjoys solving enterprise-scale connectivity challenges.
- Own the end-to-end integrations product strategy and roadmap, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
- Define the integration architecture across data ingress and egress, enabling seamless connectivity between the platform and enterprise systems.
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions across APIs, MCP-style frameworks, and third-party integration platforms.
- Design scalable, reusable integration frameworks including shared components such as authentication patterns, field mapping, and data transformation layers.
- Navigate complex enterprise requirements including OAuth flows, SSO/SAML, security reviews, IT governance, and data compliance constraints.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to build robust, composable integration capabilities that support multiple product surfaces and workflows.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers, IT teams, and partners to understand real-world integration needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define and track ecosystem success metrics such as integration adoption, workflow completion, retention impact, and conversion influence.
- Work closely with external technology partners to evaluate APIs, influence roadmaps, and maintain integration reliability and performance.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on integrations, APIs, or platform products in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building and shipping integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, CMSs, DAMs, or marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, system architecture, and integration patterns, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes (e.g., SOC 2, SSO, data residency requirements).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize across complex product surfaces and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with engineering, design, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and product vision clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks or enterprise marketing workflows is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Paragon) or AI-driven product ecosystems is advantageous.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments building platform or ecosystem products is highly valued.
- Competitive base salary range of $195,500 – $230,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Equity participation offering ownership in company growth.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents starting day one.
- 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
- Flexible PTO policy plus annual wellness and experience stipends.
- Home office setup budget and annual learning & development allowance.
- Paid parental leave supporting work-life balance and family needs.
- Remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on flexibility and autonomy.
- Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.
