- Establishing internal controls, policies, and KPIs to improve governance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Managing compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements while mitigating financial risks.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team, while collaborating cross-functionally to support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, capable of driving both execution and transformation. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-driven business models is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP and/or IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Experience integrating financial systems with operational platforms and improving processes at scale.
- Proven ability to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work remotely while aligning with US-based time zones and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
- Opportunity to join a fast-growing, global organization with strong career progression potential.
- High-impact leadership role with direct influence on business strategy and financial performance.
- Collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to international operations and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Professional development opportunities and autonomy to drive meaningful change.
