Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team.
What You’ll Do- Assist with well pump installation, service, and repair
- Support drilling crews with day-to-day job site operations
- Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and machinery as trained
- Assist in drilling and pump service processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area
- Ability to learn operation of tools, equipment, and machinery
- Interest in obtaining a CDL (if required for role; company support may be available)
- Prior experience in construction, drilling, mechanical, or related field is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts
- Outdoor, field-based work at drilling and service sites
- Exposure to varying weather, terrain, and environmental conditions
