About This Position
The Briarwood Community / Knollwood is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team for Evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). This full-time role offers $32.00–$38.25 per hour, plus shift differentials and weekly pay. It is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who values teamwork, manageable assignments, and high-quality resident care.
Typical schedule is Full-Time Evenings (3PM–11PM), with additional differentials for weekend shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Massachusetts DPH regulations.
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN required for this role).
Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred.
Compliance with state CEU requirements.
Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
