EVS Associate I - Full-time Evenings Methuen at MerrimackHealth – Methuen, Massachusetts

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $17.17 – $25.51, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Position Summary: EVS Associate I, Environmental Services. Full-time 40 Hours per Week, Evenings 3pm to 11:30 pm. Methuen campus

Assist in cleaning of hospital departments.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans assigned area each day, including bathrooms, flooring, furnishings, flat surfaces, high surfaces, and trash receptacles.
• Cleans patient's furnishings and bed upon discharge following departmental procedures/standards for check-out.
• Cleans assigned area utilizing proper chemicals.
• Cleans assigned area utilizing appropriate equipment.
• Obtains supplies and equipment at the beginning of each shift and puts supplies and equipment away at the end of each shift.
• Maintains cart, caddy, equipment, and janitor closet in an orderly fashion.
• Cleans assigned area in designated time frame.
• Executes job with little supervision.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in stripping and waxing floors, use of buffing machine and extractor machine required.
