Job Purpose
Overnight Bakery Managers care deeply about our culture and will provide a key role in contributing to our guests' satisfaction. Overnight Bakery Managers prepare pastries to the specifications and standards set by the Executive Pastry Chef and Tiny Boxwoods Productions. An Overnight Manager is expected to prepare pastries in a clean and quick-paced environment. They are also responsible for overseeing individual teams of bakers to ensure timeliness and efficiency within the bakery.

Qualifications include:

Working Conditions
The incumbent will be working in a bakery setting, in the kitchen, and dish area. Potential hazards include but are not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

Physical Requirements
The incumbent is required to stand/walk for long periods of time. Incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, kneel, push, pull, with occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps. This position is very active and requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and can constantly move around in the kitchen.
