Digital Content Project Manager / Digital Twin Coordinator

The Digital Content Coordinator (DCC) supports the growth and operational excellence of L’Oréal’s Digital Twin production pipeline. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of 3D product assets that power L’Oréal’s e-commerce, marketing, and AI-generated creative initiatives.
The DCC will act as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams—including CPD group, and brand stakeholders—and our production partner OMI, ensuring that workflows, communications, and deliverables run smoothly and efficiently.

Project & Asset Management
- Manage Digital Twin production timelines and ensure all milestones are met on schedule
- Collect, organize, and deliver required digital assets, including artworks, BAG files, and product photography, from internal systems such as TAG and Opera DAM
- Coordinate the shipment of physical products to OMI as needed for reference or production purposes
- Maintain detailed project documentation including trackers, timelines, and version histories
- Route deliverables through the appropriate review and approval channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Operational Coordination with OMI
- Serve as the main point of contact between L’Oréal’s internal teams and OMI’s production teams
- Oversee project progress within the OMI platform, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
- Track production stages, manage feedback loops, and ensure all version updates are properly reviewed and approved
- Escalate and resolve bottlenecks that impact timelines or delivery quality
Quality & Process Improvement
- Verify the completeness and technical accuracy of assets before submission to OMI
- Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent materials and follow up to resolve issues proactively
- Recommend and help implement workflow optimizations that improve efficiency, scalability, and communication across teams
- Support the implementation of best practices in digital asset management, documentation, and feedback processes
- Collaborate closely with CPD group, brand managers, and digital production teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines
- Partner with the Olberding Brand Family (OBF) client engagement and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and visibility across all deliverables
- Provide regular progress updates to both internal stakeholders and OMI, maintaining transparency and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Digital Production, Marketing, Project Management, or Design Management
- Bilingual fluency in English (French or Spanish proficiency a strong plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with DAM systems, product photography, or packaging documentation
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Comfortable working with international teams and external production partners.
- Knowledge of 3D content creation, Digital Twin workflows, or AI-generated creative assets
- Familiarity with beauty, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
- Experience with workflow or project management tools (e.g., WebCenter, Wrike, or Mediabox)
- Full-time, US-based hybrid role
- 3 days per week onsite at designated L’Oréal or partner office
- 2 days remote or from an approved partner location
- Light travel required to OMI’s studio or production office every two weeks
- Be at the center of L’Oréal’s digital transformation and next-generation content strategy
- Partner directly with global creative and production teams shaping the future of product digitization
- Gain hands-on experience in Digital Twin and AI-driven content creation initiatives
- Play a key role in optimizing operations and building scalable, future-ready workflows
