We are looking for a motivated and personable Inside Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping clients find solutions that meet their needs.
The Inside Account Representative plays an important role in supporting business growth by engaging prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.
Position OverviewIn this role, you will connect with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to understand offerings, align solutions with customer needs, and support overall revenue growth initiatives.
This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable communicating by phone and email, enjoys learning about products, and takes pride in providing a strong customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on inbound inquiries and quote requests
Conduct outbound outreach to introduce products and services
Research accounts and identify appropriate contacts
Learn and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
Collaborate with marketing and other internal departments to support growth initiatives
Develop strong product knowledge
Support team objectives and other duties as assigned
2+ years of experience in inside sales, account support, or business development
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable engaging with customers via phone and email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to interpret customer information and develop thoughtful outreach plans
Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel) and web-based tools
Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or contact center technologies preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Positive, self-motivated professional
Strong relationship builder
Organized and detail-oriented
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
