Sewer Sales Estimator at Len the Plumber – Halethorpe, Maryland

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Execute the sales process from introduction of services to signing agreements in order to meet booking, conversion and job profitability goals
• Present Master Trades Group as the “industry best” to perform the work by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition
• Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.
• Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads
• Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
• Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
• Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects. Inform homeowners on the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.
• Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repair
• Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives
• Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.
• Sell additional services to present customer base and referrals Meet company target of contacting all leads within 2 hours of receiving them
• Hand off all required papers to the crew to complete required work.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to set appropriate expectations for customers regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping. Ability to accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
• Ability to work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• A DOT Physical maybe required at certain locations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years proven sales experience required 2+ years of residential/home services experience highly preferred
• Strong business acumen required
