As a Cartridge Filling Machine Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in producing clean, consistent, high-quality vape cartridges and concentrate products. You’ll operate our Shark filling machine, work closely with concentrates, and help keep one of the state’s top cannabis product lines running smoothly.

• Operate the Shark filling machine to produce vape cartridges, pods, syringes, and dab products.

• Set machine parameters, calibrations, and temperatures for ideal fills.

• Load cannabis oils, distillates, and concentrates safely and efficiently.

• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot minor issues to keep workflow steady.

• Keep accurate records, batch logs, and compliance documentation.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with state regulations.

You don’t need cannabis industry experience—just reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with equipment, like hands-on tasks, and want a job where your work makes a clear impact, this role is a great fit.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment.

• Detail-focused, consistent, and reliable.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks.

• Experience operating automated machinery.

• Familiarity with cannabis oils, distillates, or concentrate textures.

• Experience with Shark machines or similar filling equipment.

• Experience in licensed cannabis production or METRC tracking.

• Starting pay: $17.13/hr
