Garage Finisher is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinetry Carpenter to join our field operations team full-time. In this hands-on role, youll assist in the installation of custom garage cabinets, slatwall systems, and flooring. Ideal candidates bring a strong carpentry background, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled installations and field work.

• Assist with installation of garage cabinets, slatwall panels, and flooring systems.

• Handle and transport materials and tools safely to and from job sites.

• Follow detailed directions from lead installers to ensure precise execution.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

• Perform general construction tasks including measurements, cutting, and assembly.

• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of carpentry or construction experience is required.

• Experience in cabinetry installation, and finish work.

• Strong understanding of measurements, hand/power tools, and materials.

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor throughout the workday.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
