    • Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, personas, and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Work with internal subject matter experts across data center design, construction, operations, IT, network and market development to determine new projects, key features, specifications, and benefits.
    • Develop sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, project briefs, webpages, battlecards, FAQs, and case studies.
    • Support complex sales cycles and campaigns with tailored messaging and deal-specific support as needed.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, buying drivers, and industry trends.
    • Monitor competitive offerings across colocation, hyperscale, connectivity and subsea cable markets.
    • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and marketing execution.
  • Content & Demand Support
    • Collaborate in the development of marketing assets to support campaigns, thought leadership, and industry events.
    • Contribute to sales presentations, website content, webinars, and analyst briefings.
    • Ensure consistency of product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:
