| Position Summary: | Join the University of Dayton, a premier Catholic research university where faith, learning, and service intersect to create transformational educational experiences. We are seeking a process-oriented Undergraduate Curriculum Coordinator to facilitate the integrity and seamless delivery of the undergraduate academic experience. This position is situated within the Office of Undergraduate Curriculum and Student Success, which encompasses Transfer Credit, Policy Initiatives, and Student Success and Retention and is part of the broader Academic Affairs and Learning Initiatives division. As a vital member of the Undergraduate Curriculum and Student Success team, the Undergraduate Curriculum Coordinator will serve as a primary liaison for the implementation of our Common Academic Program (CAP). Working closely with leadership in the Office for Undergraduate Curriculum and Student Success, the Coordinator will bridge the gap between academic policy and practical execution. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about maintaining the integrity and innovation of the University of Dayton’s undergraduate experience. The Coordinator’s broad areas of responsibility include: managing undergraduate curriculum record-keeping processes, including coordinating and tracking new and existing CAP courses; providing administrative oversight for scheduling and logistical coordination of a range of curriculum-related committees and meetings; and assisting with communications related to undergraduate curriculum implementation. |
