This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership and product delivery within a fast-paced, international environment. You will manage multiple cross-functional development teams working across mobile and full-stack products for a fintech platform serving tens of thousands of business users. The position combines hands-on coordination, technical understanding, and people leadership, ensuring teams deliver high-quality features aligned with product strategy. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and senior engineering leadership on the client side to shape delivery plans and technical execution. Operating in a fully remote, async-friendly culture, you will help drive engineering excellence while fostering team autonomy and accountability. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating two engineering teams while ensuring smooth delivery of product initiatives across mobile and full-stack domains. You will act as the key link between engineering execution and product strategy, supporting planning, communication, and delivery consistency.

• Manage and support 2 development teams (mobile and product engineering), ensuring strong delivery performance and team health
• Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into actionable development plans
• Write and refine tickets, technical requirements, and product requirement documents (PRDs)
• Build and maintain delivery plans, reporting progress and risks to senior engineering leadership on the client side
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and ensure efficient team workflows and communication
• Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment across teams working in a shared product ecosystem

This role requires a strong mix of technical background, engineering leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in a distributed environment. You should be comfortable managing teams while understanding modern web and mobile development practices.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including prior hands-on development experience
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as an Engineering Manager in a product-driven environment
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile or full-stack architecture patterns
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage delivery in a structured and transparent way
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Native-level Ukrainian language proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
