As a Fulfilment and Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including inbound receipt, stocking, order fulfilment, shipping and inventory control. You will ensure operational flow, inventory accuracy and service performance across both finished goods and loaner kit distribution.

Acting as the primary point of control for warehouse execution, the Team Lead balances workloads, leads the team, and ensures that all activities are performed in line with VB Spine standards.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Flow & Execution

• Oversee inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound activities
• Prioritise workload across finished goods and loaner shipments (LTC & STC)
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Monitor throughput and resolve operational bottlenecks

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Own inventory accuracy across the warehouse
• Oversee cycle counts, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure alignment between physical and system stock
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfilment Technicians and Senior Technicians
• Allocate resources and manage daily shift activities
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Systems & Compliance

• Ensure correct and consistent use of RFgen and JD Edwards
• Maintain transactional discipline across all warehouse activities
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements

Transportation & Service Performance

• Monitor outbound delivery performance and carrier service levels
• Review KPIs such as on-time delivery, transit time adherence, and shipment accuracy
• Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps across transport providers
• Escalate service issues and work with logistics partners to resolve them
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on carrier performance, routing strategies, and improvement opportunities

Reverse Logistics & Cross-Functional Integration

• Oversee RMA and returns processing within the warehouse
• Ensure timely and accurate disposition of returned goods
• Coordinate closely with Loaner Operations to ensure smooth flow of kits between functions

What You Bring:

• University degree is preferred
• 3–5 experience in a warehouse or distribution role. Experience in a regulated or medical device environment is strongly preferred
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong ERP and inventory control experience
• Ability to lift up to 23kg
• Comfort with sustained manual and operational activity

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered.
