- Minimum of 2 years of interior painting experience, preferably within multifamily housing
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming
- Strong experience with both manual paint application (rollers and brushes) and spray equipment
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Multifamily experience strongly preferred; must demonstrate ability to balance speed and efficiency with quality standards
- Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move painting materials and equipment
In this role, you will
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns across multiple properties, ensuring units are move-in ready
- Perform surface preparation including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint using both manual methods (rollers and brushes) and spray equipment
- Follow defined scopes of work, color standards, and company quality expectations
- Complete assigned work within scheduled timelines to support turn deadlines and service scheduling plans
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and identify touch-ups prior to final unit delivery
- Communicate any additional repair needs or scope gaps that may impact timelines or quality
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition
