Staff Technical Product Manager, Identity & Shield

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager, Identity & Shield in Brazil.

This is a highly strategic product leadership role at the intersection of security, identity, and AI-native platform innovation. You will define and drive the long-term vision for identity, access management, and protection capabilities that secure interactions across users, merchants, services, and autonomous AI agents. Operating at platform scale, your work will influence every product team and directly impact how trust, compliance, and authorization are enforced across a global commerce ecosystem. You will help redesign foundational systems to reduce friction while increasing security, especially in environments where AI agents act on behalf of users. The role also includes ownership of a key enterprise security product, expanding its adoption across regulated industries. This is a fast-paced, deeply technical environment where product thinking, systems design, and security expertise converge.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for shaping the identity and security product strategy, driving execution across core platform capabilities, and ensuring scalable, secure, and AI-ready access control systems across the ecosystem.

  • Define and evolve the long-term Identity and Access Management strategy aligned with an AI-native commerce platform vision
  • Lead the redesign of access management systems to create low-friction, automated, and secure user and agent experiences
  • Partner with engineering to design security guardrails, policies, and governance frameworks for AI agents operating within the platform
  • Own and evolve the Shield security product, expanding its capabilities, enterprise adoption, and market competitiveness
  • Translate complex security, compliance, and audit requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
  • Build platform-level primitives for identity, permissions, and agent governance usable across multiple product teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction for security offerings
  • Benchmark global enterprise security solutions to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong technical product management experience, particularly in complex, security-sensitive, and enterprise-scale environments, with the ability to connect deep technical systems to business value.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager working on complex, platform-level or infrastructure-heavy products
  • Strong understanding of identity, access management, authorization systems, or security-focused products
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or regulated industries with high security and compliance requirements
  • Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear product strategy and business outcomes
  • Comfortable collaborating deeply with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and trade-offs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, logs, dashboards, and metrics to guide product decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with cross-team dependencies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences
  • Curiosity and interest in AI/LLMs and their impact on security and commerce ecosystems
  • Fluent English communication skills
Benefits
  • Annual profit-sharing program and equity eligibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Flexible remote-first work model with adaptable work schedule
  • Professional development budget for tech growth and learning
  • Language learning support (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Flexible meal allowance and wellness program
  • Extended parental leave and childcare assistance
  • Financial support for home office setup
  • Free shipping benefits across participating platform stores
  • Global, innovation-driven environment working with leading enterprise clients
