Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team. As a barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing experience at our restaurant by creating exceptional drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
• Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
• Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
• Accurately use POS (point of sale) system to complete transactions when necessary.

• Previous experience in a barista role; minimum 1 year. Preferably in a fast-paced cafe or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to speak English proficiently. Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
