This is not a passive answering-service role. This is a performance-driven position where your ability to convert calls into booked jobs and proactively follow up directly impacts the company’s success.

• Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow a proven call script to ensure consistency and maximize booking rates
• Confidently overcome objections and secure appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls on unscheduled estimates, maintenance opportunities, and pending jobs
• Proactively work call lists to generate additional appointments
• Schedule and coordinate technicians efficiently
• Enter accurate notes and customer information into Service Titan
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  

• Strong phone presence with high energy and confidence
• Ability to follow a script and stay on process

• Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment
• Home services or call center experience preferred
