Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Handle any and all financial requests from members.
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services.
- Responsible for Daily Cash Balancing.
- Answering phone calls and emails and any other duties within the credit union that are needed.
- Provide excellent service to all credit union members.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Specialized knowledge, including Credit Union Experience and/or Banking Experience is preferred but not required
- Cash Handling, Member Services, and/or Customer Service Experience preferred but not required.
