Accountabilities:
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and revenue reporting deliverables.
  • Own accounting for outbound revenue programs, including sales compensation, market development funds, and emerging go-to-market initiatives.
  • Apply and document technical accounting conclusions in accordance with ASC 606 and ASC 340 for new and evolving revenue arrangements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Channel teams to ensure proper accounting treatment and alignment.
  • Maintain and enhance revenue accounting processes, policies, and internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Support forecasting, audit activities, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

  • Contribute to scalable financial reporting infrastructure and improve efficiency across revenue operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in revenue recognition across complex SaaS and subscription-based models.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue accounting, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards, including ASC 606 and ASC 340.
  • Experience working with SaaS or subscription-based revenue models and complex billing arrangements.
  • Ability to evaluate, document, and communicate technical accounting conclusions and policies clearly.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and preparing journal entries and analyses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable accounting solutions.
  • Preferred: CPA certification, Oracle ERP experience, Salesforce exposure, or experience with sales compensation and MDF accounting.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from 96,200 USD to 146,500 USD depending on location and experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave benefits.
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on role eligibility.
  • Exposure to AI-driven finance transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Professional development opportunities in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on innovation and impact.
