This role sits at the core of marketing intelligence, transforming complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue impact. You will define how marketing performance is measured, ensuring consistency across attribution, reporting, and funnel analytics from campaign activity to closed revenue. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, you will build the analytical backbone that connects execution to business outcomes. The position combines hands-on technical work in SQL and data modeling with strategic ownership of reporting frameworks and KPI definitions. You will also play a key role in shaping attribution logic, data governance, and segmentation strategies for account-based marketing. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences strategic decision-making across the go-to-market organization.
In this role, you will own the marketing data foundation and reporting ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business alignment across all performance metrics. You will also design and maintain attribution, segmentation, and data infrastructure that enables scalable marketing analytics.
- Define and own the marketing reporting strategy across CRM, marketing automation, and BI platforms, ensuring a single source of truth
- Establish and maintain core marketing KPIs, including definitions, calculation logic, and data lineage
- Design and implement multi-touch attribution models in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Finance stakeholders
- Build executive and operational dashboards covering the full funnel from campaigns to pipeline and revenue impact
- Own data enrichment and intent signal integration from platforms such as Bombora and ZoomInfo, ensuring usability for Sales and Marketing teams
- Design and maintain the marketing data layer in Snowflake, including schema design, pipelines, and governance standards
- Develop segmentation logic for ABM and targeted campaigns, translating ICP definitions into structured data models
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business questions into scalable data solutions and analytics frameworks
This role requires a strong analytical professional with deep expertise in marketing data, SQL, and revenue analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or BI-focused roles in B2B organizations
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query, transform, and validate complex datasets
- Solid understanding of marketing and revenue metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, attribution models)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including schema design, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
- Knowledge of marketing attribution methodologies and supporting data infrastructure
- Experience working with intent and enrichment data sources (e.g., Bombora, ZoomInfo)
- Strong data modeling skills with a structured approach to relationships, granularity, and dimensional design
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in stakeholder interaction and executive storytelling
