- Plan and execute peer-to-peer engagements and regional events to strengthen market awareness and support sales initiatives
- Develop and localize marketing materials and campaigns across digital and print channels to maximize regional impact
- Coordinate and deliver exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities in collaboration with international teams
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ensuring clear ROI measurement and continuous optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, training, and commercial goals
- Identify growth opportunities through market insights, competitive analysis, and expansion into new segments or geographies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare environments
- Proven experience executing downstream marketing strategies and supporting commercial success
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external audiences
